İnternetin en büyük dosya paylaşım sitelerinden birisi daha yayın hayatına son verdi. Bu kararda korsan karşıtı hareketin etkili olduğu düşünülüyor.

Son haftalarda sıkça gündeme gelen SOPA ve diğer korsan karşıtı oluşumlar, paylaşım sitelerini rahatsız etmeye devam ediyor. 2005 yılında kurulan ve 2011 yılı içerisinde en çok ziyaret edilen 5. torrent sitesi olan BTJunkie, yayın hayatına son verdi.
Anasayfalarından yayınladıkları kısa bir mesajla kullanıcılarına veda eden BTJunkie'nin bu kararı almasında Megaupload'un kapatılmasının da etkili olduğu konuşuluyor.
BTJunkie'nin sitesinde şu mesaj yayınlandı: "Yolun sonuna geldik dostlarım. Karar vermek kolay olmadı ancak gönüllü olarak siteyi kapatmaya karar verdik. Yıllardır sizin iletişim haklarınız için mücadele ettik artık son verme vakti geldi. Hayatımızın tecrübesiydi, en iyi dileklerimizi iletiyoruz."
Megaupload'dan sonra BTJunkie'nin de kapatma kararı alması dosya paylaşım sitelerinin geleceği hakkında kullanıcıların kafasında soru işaretlerinin oluşmasına neden oldu. Daha fazla sitenin kapatılıp kapatılmayacağı ise şimdilik gizemini koruyor.

isterlerse torrenti yasaklasın yinede de p2p paylaşımlarını en gelleyemezler, emule'de de aynısı oldu, serverlarını kapattılar proğramı kullanılmaz hale getirdiler ama film indirmemizi engelleyemediler, torrenti bitirseler bile yerine bi proğram bulunur elbet.

It is very poorly explained what exactly is the definition of intellectual property and this may even concern bloggers, mentioning trade mark in a critical article. The same implies to smaller companies, cheaper alternatives and generic medicines, which are, not to the liking of big corporations.
Bulgaria has already signed the treaty.
The European parliament has already come with a resolution against ACTA. It is expected for ratification in June in the European Parliament and this is exactly where it must be rejected!

You probably do not know what is ACTA. It is abbreviation for “Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement”. A lot about it is shrouded in secrecy. Ultimately it should protect intellectual property and stop the production of fakes globally. Such a mechanism against fake merchandise is, actually, needed. Everything would have been fine, if three obvious threats were not present:
- ACTA’s limitations far exceed just the authority on fakes, and accept quite a wide definition about “stealing” in internet.

bunlar kapansa baska siteler var diyenler hakkikaten bu olaydan hicbirsey anlamiyor. Eskiden simdi ki gibi yasalar yoktu p2pye karisamiyordu devlet simdi herseyiniz izleniyor ve takip ediliyor yeni yaslarla.

bu işte bi kuyruk noktası olacak ma ne zaman ondan sonra isteseler bile korsana hayır diyemeyecekler. üç beş site kapatılıyor diye korsan ve dosya paylaşımı ölmez.
