On January 25th, François Dupoux released version 1.3.5 of the SystemRescueCd Linux-based operating system. The new SystemRescueCd 1.3.5 is now powered by Linux kernel 2.6.31.12, with an updated Btrfs filesystem from Linux kernel 2.6.32. The popular GParted application for partitioning tasks was updated, as well as the FSArchiver and NTFS-3G. But let's take a closer look at the updates and improvements brought by SystemRescueCd 1.3.5:

· Updated the standard Linux kernel packages to version 2.6.31.12 (with an updated Btrfs filesystem, from Linux kernel 2.6.32);
· Updated FSArchiver to version 0.6.5 (brings the "--exclude" option, progress information and various fixes);
· Updated GParted to version 0.5.1 (includes a workaround for issues with resizing partitions);
· Updated lvm2 (Logical Volume Manager v2) to version 2.02.56;
· mtools were downgraded to version 3.9.11, in order to fix some issues;
· NTFS-3G was updated to version 2010.01.16 (brings various fixes);
· The "dhcphostname=myhostname" boot option was implemented. It is used by the DHCP client;
· The missing codepages, such as CP850, were added because they are required by syslinux and mtools.

Başlıkta ki anlatım hatasını düzeltmek isterim. Kendisi sadece linux tabanlı sistemlere yönelik değil, windows tabanlı sistemler uçtuğunda da kullanılıyor. Ki daha çok o zaman işe yarıyor. :D

Buna ne gerek var ki? Tak dağıtımının çalışan CD'sini, hallet işini. :) Zaten çoğu dağıtımın kurtarma modu oluyor.

Here is a short list that describes what you will find on this CD-ROM:
A recent Linux kernel, that supports most important file systems, and the most important hardware. Supported file systems: Ext2/Ext3, Reiserfs, Reiser4, Fat16/Fat32, XFS, JFS, NTFS, ... The kernel supports NFS and Samba.
Graphical partition tools, that aim to be free partition-magic clones for Linux. You can use GParted.
Most important console system tools for Linux. Of course, you have GNU Parted (partition editor), Partimage (drive image clone) for backing up partitions to an image file, File system tools (e2fsprogs for ext2/ext3, reiserfsprogs for ReiserFS, reiser4progs for reiser4, xfsprogs for XFS, jfsutils for JFS, dosfstools for FAT, NtfsProgs for NTFS). You can use dump/restore for backing up an ext2/ext3 partition.
Ntfs-3g (Ntfs driver third generation) provides a full read-write support for NTFS partitions from Linux.
Clam-AntiVirus. This is a free AntiVirus software.
Usual tools for Linux users: tar/gzip/bzip2 for archiving files. The same tools for Windows users: zip/unzip, rar/unrar, p7zip are provided. This means that you are able to backup/restore your windows data. We have added DAR (Disk Archiver). This is a program like tar, but more powerful.
Midnight-Commander (type "mc" on the console command line) is a free Norton Commander clone for Linux. With mc, it's easy to browse, copy, move, edit all files on your computer. If you don't know all the linux shell commands well, you can start with mc.
You can use lynx or links. Both are lightweight web browsers. Under FrameBuffer mode, you can pass parameters to the command line of the links program. It will allow you to enable the graphical mode. It would show images, and you get a nice interface.
Of course, editors are important when you have problems. Nano (easy editor),vim (vi improved) and qemacs (emacs clone) are provided for the text mode.
The X.Org / Xvesa graphical environments and the WindowMaker window manager. It allows you to use graphical programs such as GParted, editors (gvim and leafpad), and Firefox-2.0 (you may need help from internet).

Dün Bilgisayarımı Açtığımda C:/Windows/System32/Config/System Hasarlı Olduğu İçin Windows Başlatılamadı Diyor.Pc'deki Veriler Silinmeden Onarım Yapmak İstiyorum. Bu Konunun Yardımcı Olabileceğini Düşündüm. Konuda 2 Link Verilmiş Üsttekini İndirdim Cdye Yazdım Kalıpla Cd İle Yeniden Başlatıyorum Ama Nasıl Onarım Yapılacak Bilmiyorum. Açılmayan Windows XP/Vista/7' den veri kurtarmak için LinuxMint CD ile sistemi başlatmamız yeterli olacaktır.
Bilgisayarda bulunan bütün HDD bölümlerine erişip istediğimiz verileri USB veya diğer HDD bölümlerinden birine aktarım yapabiliriz..
