To my opinion:
1-
You wrote, "I have to meet him in morning..."
Which morning? If you want to tell next morning, you should use "in the morning"
The, gives a identifier to that morning.
Otherwise you should "every morning", but I thing you don't want to tell every morning, because you wrote you can't sleep, of course you tried to explain this night.
2-
You wrote, "Is this sentences correct?"
Single: Sentence
Plural: Sentences
You wrote 2 sentences.
One of this start with "I can't sleep", the other one is start with "I have to".
So you should to start with are these, not is this.
