"Both options from Arcadia IT store have their pros and cons! The 4060 Dell with the i9-13900HX offers fantastic performance for tasks that benefit from high core counts, but if you're leaning towards gaming or graphics-heavy work, the i7- 13620H paired with the 4070 might give you a better experience due to the stronger GPU. Dell's service process can indeed be hit-or-miss, so consider local support options.
