Models for which Samsung promises three major Android updates!

Software update support is a critical factor for smartphones and tablets. While some models offer a high-end user experience in terms of hardware, they are often overlooked due to poor software support. So, where does Samsung stand in this regard? Here are the Samsung models that are guaranteed to receive three major Android updates!

Samsung models that will receive three major Android updates

Samsung has revised its update policy several times in recent years, leading to some confusion. In 2022, the South Korean brand made a significant decision to provide four generations of One UI and Android updates, along with five years of security patches, for models released after the Galaxy S21 series.

By 2024, Samsung once again changed its update strategy. With the launch of the Galaxy S24 series, flagship devices are now promised a full seven years of software support, while mid-range models like the Galaxy A16 5G will receive updates for six years.
