Samsung devices: Android 14 (One UI 6) update

As Google prepares for the Android 14 release, manufacturers like Samsung are gearing up to bring the update to their devices. Here’s a list of Samsung smartphones that will benefit from the upcoming Android 14 (One UI 6) update.

Upgrades to expect with Android 14 (One UI 6)

The I/O 2023 event on May 10th will mark the introduction of Android 14. Testing will continue until June, with the official rollout set for July. Samsung models will receive the update, featuring the One UI 6 interface and numerous enhancements.

New features include a redesigned Settings app for improved usability and the introduction of Emoji Lab, an app for creating custom wallpapers. Additionally, Android 14 offers better control over app permissions.

Enhanced privacy with Android 14

Users often worry about apps requesting access to their galleries. Android 14 addresses this concern by allowing partial access to specific photos, rather than the entire gallery.
