The latest models to receive Samsung’s May 2025 update were the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6. The new patch comes with build numbers F956NKSS2BYDD and F741NKSS2BYDD.

The May 2025 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 eliminates more than 20 security vulnerabilities in total. Moreover, we can say that the new patch has been released for devices in South Korea and will be available in other countries very soon.

If the update notification has not been automatically sent to your device, you can manually upgrade your phone to the new version by following the Settings > Software Update > Download and Install steps. If you still can’t find the update after following these steps, you may need to wait a little longer as the patch may not have reached your region yet.
