Threads, which was launched as a competitor to Twitter in recent weeks, received a lot of attention. Within one week, the platform reached over 100 million users, achieving significant success. However, the competition between Twitter and Threads has increased.
According to the news that emerged today, Twitter has blocked Threads links in search results. The information suggests that when users search for “url.threads.net” on Twitter, no results are displayed.

Normally, when such a search is made, every Tweet with a Threads link appears for users. However, this situation implies that there is a blockage in place. Twitter and Elon Musk have not made any statements regarding this issue.
It is worth mentioning that Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, has strongly criticized the new platform. Additionally, Musk even threatened legal action against Meta. Therefore, it is not surprising that many people believe the imposed restriction was done intentionally.
