Some users made serious claims that the problems experienced could indicate hardware or security vulnerabilities. However, most users believe that it is caused by software bugs that occurred during the development of iOS 18.

Apple acknowledged the problems and explained that they could be caused by bugs in the new operating system. Accordingly, it is possible to say that this error in iOS 18 will be fixed with interim updates.

On the other hand, Apple usually continued to ‘sign’ the previous version for a while after releasing a new iOS version. In this way, users could return to the old version against errors or incompatibilities they may encounter in the new version. However, this process has ended for iOS 17.
