Will the iPhone 15 series get cheaper?

Apple is expected to introduce the new iPhone 16 series in September. In this context, rumors about the iPhone event started to circulate. Apple, which could not achieve the expectation in the sales of the iPhone 15 series, may discount the iPhone 15 family with the release of the new series.

Apple Intelligence adjustment to iPhone 15 prices

The iPhone 16 family will come with a new camera and processor. This means that Apple will want to increase its sales by offering its older models at a more affordable price. Of course, although prices in our country are shaped depending on the foreign currency, Apple may want to create a new buyer base for the iPhone 15 series.

According to US claims, the models most likely to see a discount are the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus. These devices will not support the AI and camera features rumored to be exclusive to the iPhone 16 Pro series. This will lead to a $100-300 price cut.

It may make sense to buy iPhone 15 at a bargain price because it doesn’t support all the features of Apple Intelligence. However, the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max are unlikely to be similarly discounted, as they support many innovations exclusive to the Pro series.

The iPhone 16 Pro models are set for a significant increase in screen size. While the 6.1-inch Pro model comes with a 6.3-inch screen, the 6.7-inch Pro Max model will come with a massive 6.9-inch screen. In addition to this increase, users will experience a much more impressive and immersive screen experience with the reduction of screen bezels.
